You will learn to exercise in a comfortable, quiet environment called Wellness Central which is designed and reserved for people who are new to exercise and dealing with similar concerns to yours.

You will exercise and meet in supportive small groups. The small group dynamic is essential for lifestyle change and behavior modification. We believe that if you feel comfortable while exercising, you are more likely to enjoy it, and as a result, more likely to keep doing it!

All required activities are supervised by our outstanding staff of exercise physiologists to ensure the safety of program participants and maximize program benefits.
