We understand that treatment side effects such as fatigue, make it difficult to get motivated to move. This is common for most cancer patients but it’s important to know that slowly increasing your activity level can help reduce fatigue, improve sleep, and boost your energy. You can also increase your strength, elevate your mood, and better your overall sense of well-being. Furthermore, some studies have shown that exercise can help reduce the risk of a potential relapse.

THE HEALING POWER OF GROUP

There is something powerful about small groups. The sense of belonging and camaraderie, coupled with the like mindedness of others dealing with a similar problem can be an extremely effective part of the healing process. We can help facilitate this process.

Our exercise physiologists are well educated highly trained professionals who act as part trainer part therapist and part life coach. We focus on the emotional, physical, and mental comfort of each participant.
